  Normally my food is messed up. But today the manger on this shift messed up my order, I asked for my shake with my food but no I get it 5 minutes later. I have to wait while my food gets cold. They don't use proper sanitation protocols as you can see on the floor. My food was thrown threw their server window so hard my food fell out and the manger scooped their hands that's been touching money just seconds ago on my food and putting in the box and severing it to me. Staff are very slow. No comment cards out for anonymous reviews which is why I decided to finally post my horrible experiences here. I'm not coming back. Carl's jr in Sacramento here I come. Yeah id rather drive an hour for a decent Carl's Jr then eat here again. If you like food and yourself, stay away from this place.

  Food is excellent for fast food, and always made fresh and to order. This unfortunately means it takes longer than usual, but worth it.
